This is a quote from Family Guy in the Fore Father episode. Brian has tricked Stewie into thinking the inoculations that Lois had the doctor administer were actually some sort of mind control serum. Stewie convulses on the ground in a grand death scene where he says this line and pretends to die. Realizing his mistake soon after "dying" he reawakens and says:

On Daily Placebo this quote appears as a post title. A reference to the misinformation is made not only by the presence of a picture of Stewie (which would otherwise be a complete non-sequiter; aside from a possible weak reference to the "Family Guy Phenomenon" of coming back to life after being canceled) but by the image's title which reads "No, wait. Dylan Thomas." Commenters obviously clamored for more of an explanation as evidenced by this article's existence.
